Every Generation Has a Chance…

In the seventies and eighties it was Tony Campolo.

These days it’s Shane Claiborne.

In my life, it was Rich Mullins.

Every generation has men and women who work to spur them on toward love and good deeds (Hebrews 10:24, 25) — toward taking the foundational truth of the redemptive work of Jesus to people and leading them to both freedom from God’s wrath and freedom from the evils of a fallen world.

That’s why every generation should be filled with hope.

It’s why every generation has a chance to make a real difference.

Thanks to my buddy Cliff for posting this video on his blog.
