1. This site is provided by ShieldsGroup.com for those wishing to buy and sell cottages located at Mahaffey Camp.  It is not officially affiliated with Mahaffey Camp.

Since there is no charge for this service neither ShieldsGroup nor its owners are responsible for content or loss arising from the use of this service.  By using this service, you agree to hold harmless and indemnify ShieldsGroup, and its owner(s), volunteers, and employees from and against any claim arising from or in any way related to your use of the Service, including any liability or expense arising from all claims, losses, damages (actual and consequential), suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys’ fees, of every kind and nature.
3. While it’s hoped that transactions between Christians in this environment would be marked by honesty and integrity, the axiom, “Buyer Beware” should be followed.  Likewise, sellers should take appropriate steps to ensure receipt of payment.  Neither ShieldsGroup nor its owner(s) are responsible for any loss arising from use of this site.
4. Naturally, transactions are subject to approval by Mahaffey Camp Board of Directors.
5. ShieldsGroup.com reserves the right to remove any information deemed inappropriate at any time and the right to terminate this service at any time.
6. This site does not list travel trailers and RVs, but only permanent structures, e.g. cottages, house trailers, and chalets, for sale at Mahaffey Camp. Travel trailers and RVs will not be listed.
